Put in up to five ideas. Each goes through the four questions most AI pilots fail on, in order: is the data reachable, is the decision worth it, can an answer be checked cheaply, and who absorbs the errors.
One block per idea. Rough numbers are fine; the four questions matter more.

3 What this does not cover
Which model or vendor to use: a decision you can defer, unlike the data plumbing underneath
Inference and licence costs, which are rarely what decides a mid-market pilot
Data protection: personal data in an AI workflow brings DPDP duties with it
Whether your answers match how the process really runs: worth an afternoon with the people who do it
The four questions are from our article on AI pilots; the screen applies them to your answers, which it cannot verify. Guidance, not advice. See the terms.
QUESTIONS
Asked often
The questions people search for before they run the check.
How do I choose which AI use case to pilot first?
Put each idea through four questions in order: can a program reach the data, is the decision frequent or valuable enough, can an answer be checked cheaply, and who absorbs a wrong one. The ideas that clear all four are the ones that survive a pilot.
Why do most AI pilots fail?
Rarely because of the technology. Most fail because the data needs a person to move it, because checking an answer takes as long as doing the work, or because nobody owns what happens when it is wrong.
Which AI use cases usually work for mid-sized companies?
Extraction from documents over a real backlog (invoices, delivery notes, claims), search across internal knowledge, and classifying and routing inbound email, tickets or applications.
When is an AI idea really a reporting problem?
When a database query or a report could answer it today. A good share of what gets scoped as AI is that, and a report is cheaper, faster and exact.
Does the model choice matter?
Less than it seems at the start. The model can be changed later; the data plumbing underneath is expensive to reverse. Settle the data first.
Are my ideas sent anywhere?
No. They are scored in your browser. If you ask for the report, we keep your details and the verdicts, never the names of your ideas.

Rather we screened them with you?
An afternoon with the people who own the process usually settles which idea clears, and what the first four weeks should prove.
