Everyday IT, done the modern way.
We build the cloud, networks, security and applications your business runs on, improve what is already there, and stay to run it. AI watches the alerts and drafts the reports; our engineers act on what it finds.

Why Godwit
A bird almost nobody has heard of, doing something no other animal can.
The bar-tailed godwit crosses the Pacific from Alaska to New Zealand without landing, because there is nowhere to land. It cannot fly seventy per cent of the way and call that a crossing.
- 11,000 kmAlaska to New Zealand
- 9–11 dayscontinuously airborne
- No landingno food, no water, no rest
We hold ourselves to the same test. A migration is finished when the business is running on it, not when the last workload copies across. We stay until then. The whole standard

What we do
Nine practices we run today, in the three stages we sell them in. Each one has its own page for how the work runs and what it involves.
Something adjacent to this list? Ask. If it is not our work, we will say so plainly.
What we can put a number on
Each of these is stated elsewhere on this page, where it is explained. None of them is a projection.
- Experience
- 20+ years hands-on, on the task itself
- Smallest engagement
- 1 week a fixed-fee snapshot of one estate
- First reply
- 1 day one working day, from someone technical
- First call
- 30 min no deck, no discovery workshop
Where we’re useful
Six situations that bring people to us. Recognise one and we already know most of the conversation.
What we commit to in writing
Most of what goes wrong between a client and an IT partner is structural, not technical. So these go in the contract.
Billed for time and advice
You pay for the setup, not the hours
A provider that works around your team
Alongside your IT team, not around it
Advice that follows a vendor quota
No vendor quota, rebate or referral fee
Kit markup buried in a bundle
A minimal markup, shown on the quote
A ticket queue
The people who built it, and a phone number
Documentation in the provider’s hands
Everything yours, in your accounts, from day one
And one that is not a clause: if the fix is a config change, we will say so. The commitments in full
A short engagement, a fixed fee
Short enough that you're not betting anything on us, and useful even if you never call again.
Talk to us about this
- 1 weekA snapshot of one estate
A costed findings list, ranked by effort and risk.
- 2 weeksAn assessment or review
Cloud, network or security: a costed plan you keep.
- Fixed scopeA migration or a build
An agreed date, an SLA and a rollback path.
- OngoingThen we run it
Managed services or network AMC, sized on the estate.
kept by an estate spending ₹10 lakh a month, at the 20% saving we aim for. Ours is a fraction of it, and we would rather talk about the saving than our invoice.
Every engagement and its feeAsked before you ask
The questions that come up on nearly every first call, answered the way we would answer them on it.

Who actually does the work?
People with more than two decades of hands-on experience across cloud infrastructure, security, delivery operations, web and mobile engineering and IT strategy. They are the people on the task, not a layer above it, and they own the outcome to the end of it. You deal with the people who built it, and you get a phone number for when it matters.
We already have an IT team. Where do you fit?
Alongside it, not around it. Where there is an internal team, they stay the people who know the estate, and we are scoped around what they do not have the time or the specialism for. We hand over rather than hold on. Where there is no team yet, we are it until there is.
How does an engagement usually start?
With something short and fixed-fee, agreed before it starts. The smallest is a one-week snapshot of one estate: billing export access and a read-only role are enough for us to come back with what your cloud or network is actually costing you, and where it is exposed. It is useful even if you never call again.
Do you resell cloud or hardware?
We resell none of the cloud OEMs, carry no quota, and take no rebate or referral fee from any of them, so when we say a workload should stay where it is, that is the whole reason. Where we supply hardware and licences, the markup is minimal and shown on the quote as its own line, and you are free to buy from the seller directly.
You are a new company. Why take the risk?
We would rather say that plainly than imply a track record we cannot show you yet. It is why every engagement is fixed-fee and short: the risk of trying us should sit with us, not with you.

Where we work
Wherever the work is
Remote by default. On site where the job needs hands, with the response time agreed per site and written down.
How new we are
New company. Not new to this.
So every engagement is short and fixed-fee: the risk of trying us sits with us, not with you.
Tell us what’s actually broken
A bill that keeps climbing, a network held together by one person's memory, a migration that stalled.
- A reply within one working day, from someone technical.
- A 30-minute call. No deck, no discovery workshop.
- Then a scoped proposal, or an honest "you don't need us for this".
Rather we rang you? Ask for a call back
We call Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm.
