Tell us what to build
A website, a web application or a mobile app. Pick which, and the form asks only the questions that matter for it. About twenty minutes; it comes to us as one document, and you get a copy.
Why a form, not a call
A first call is spent asking these same questions, and the answers arrive a week later in six WhatsApp messages. Asked once, in this order, they come back as one file we can quote from.
- Every question says why it is asked. “Don't know” is a fine answer.
- A draft is kept on your device, so you can come back to it.
- Within two working days: a proposal with a fixed price and a week-by-week plan, or our questions.
What happens next
We read it
The brief, and your current site if you have one. If anything is unclear we ask by email first, so the call is spent on decisions rather than on facts.
A 45-minute call
To go through it together, with whoever decides and whoever will use it. No deck.
A written proposal
A fixed price for the build, the monthly retainer if you want one, and a week-by-week plan that says what we need from you and by when.
In your name
The domain, the hosting account, the app store listing and the code are yours from day one. Nothing is held hostage to a relationship, including ours. How we work is written up in how we work.
